This machine creates a precision
model via a combination of the He-Cd laser which
can narrow the laser beam and a special resin.
For example, a form with many square holes (dimension
of each side: 0.2 mm) can be molded, which are used
for an experimental production of a connector or
a profile checking model of a portable phone.
In terms of its other characteristics, the machine
is small, a laser cooling system is not required,
and the installation location has few restrictions
and requires simply a 100V power supply. |
